Tomato and Meat Lasagna

I’ve made lasagna several times, but this is the quickest and easiest recipe.

Ingredients:
– 2 onions, a clove of garlic
– 7 tomatoes
– minced pork and beef meat (0.5 kg)
– olive oil
– red wine
– parmesan and mozzarella cheese
– lasagne

1. Heat the olive oil in a saucepan, add the onion and sweat for a few minutes, then add the garlic.

2.  Add the meat into the saucepan. Mix everything  and season with salt and paper.

3. Core and skin, then coarsely chop the tomatoes and add them into the saucepan, then add the wine .Bring to a simmer then cook over a low heat for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.

4. Pass the lasagne sheets in boiling water, then add a layer o lasagne into a bowl, cover this with the meat and tomato sauce, scatter over some mozzarella and parmesan. Repeat these layers four times and finish with meat and tomato sauce and cheese.

5. Preheat the oven to 170′ C and bake the lasagne in it for 25 minutes.

  1. mmm arata delicios..mai este o receta italiana “melanzane alla parmigiana” cu vinata,rosii, mozzarella,ulei si muuuult parmiggiano..asezate pe straturi ca lasagna..ii foarte gustos :))

  2. tu atit de clar explici totul cum sa faci, imi place mult, iar mincarea arata tare bine. Sunt sigura ca e foarte gustoasa

  3. Aici e explicat ft bine (e in italiana, dar ii foarte clar). Ingredientele sint: 1 kg vanata
    300 gr de mozzarella
    1400 ml sos de rosii 100 gr parmigiano
    Ulei de masline
    sare
    usturoi sau ceapa Asta-i receta pt.u vreo 6 persoane..eu nu-s deloc capabila sa gatesc..dar te asigur ca-i gustos..parmezanul si mozzarella se topesc si au asa un gust :PPPP niam niam

  5. Detka super dar,poti in loc de apa sa fierbi lapte si sa pui unt si faci asa un sos cu care sa ungi aceste folii de lasagne pe o parte si pe alta…si la sfirsit torni deasupra tot asa sos….si se primeste asa molicelll, tot tale tale bun :)

    • Eu stiu detka..sosul beshamele..da te chinui mult cu el..tre sa-l mesteci intr-una :)) si crede-ma la gust nu este diferenta dintre lasagna cu sosul cela..sau lasagna asta :))) am acut de multe ori..asa

  7. spunemi de rog,conteaza ce vin rosu folosesti?..adica nui nici o problema daca folosesc vin de casa,rosu?
